It is with profound sadness that we write these words today.

Atxa is closing its doors.

We are closing at our absolute peak, while still a vibrant, living project. We close because, tragically, running a business in Tarifa has become an uneven race where relentless real estate pressure holds no regard for roots, for the people who make up our teams, or for life projects..

Despite our tireless efforts to keep our premises and protect our team's future, this closure has been forced upon us, leaving us with no viable option for immediate relocation.

Our endless gratitude goes to:

Putting Tarifa on the culinary map with our Repsol Sun and Michelin recognition has been an immense honor. Yet, our greatest reward has always been your loyalty

This is not a farewell to our passion; it is simply a forced pause on our journey.
