Kitchen and cellar

Linked to local and seasonal produce with a nod to the present. The fire, the ember and the perfumed trace of the smoke is our essence. Our winery has an important presence of small national and international producers.

Laura and Arturo, the pillars of Atxa Restaurant, were trained by the famous Martín Berasategui.

At the forefront of Atxa, we find Laura García and Arturo Perea, that have a clear tendency to respect the origins and the honesty to the tradition and cuisine, with a characteristic young and fresh style, together they combine years of experience under the guidelines of Martín Berasategui.
